To track an order simply follow the instructions that you will receive by e-mail from our courier: from collection to delivery. Once an order has been placed it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. If the order has not yet been sent, you can correct or change the delivery address by contacting us by e-mail at info@lalastra.shop

> PRODUCT RETURN
If for some reason one or more bottles should arrive damaged at your address, please contact us immediately at info@lalastra.shop and explain the extent of the damage. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
In case of damaged goods, we may request the return of the bottle(s) and the sending of a picture with the description of the damage by email in order to avoid similar inconveniences in the future.
In case of wine not to your liking and damaged goods you must follow the following procedure to be refunded:
- send by e-mail within and not later than 14 days from the receipt of the package the request for refund and the reason for it
- within and no later than 14 days following the communication of your intention to return the product, send the goods you wish to return to the address:
