In the spring of 2019, after years of research in the area of San Gimignano, we finally found and acquired some vineyards suitable to produce Vernaccia di San Gimignano with rare and particular characteristics: old plants on fresh silty-sandy soils, rich in water and organic for over forty years. From the "vigneto dei rosi" (the roses vineyard), an outstanding excellence, a Vernaccia wine that, for its perfume, elegance and sapidity, we couldn't but bottle as nature has created it and, given the small quantity, it has rightfully entered our Personal Edition.
